The CCMR Bard Materials facility announces the installation of a new Edinburgh FLS1000 Spectrometer. This instrument can be used for a variety of fluorescence measurements to map excitation and emission spectras (230-900 nm) or to characterize lifetimes (nanoseconds to milliseconds) at specific wavelengths. Polarization control, temperature control and variable attenuation are integrated in the system. For more information see the instrument page or contact Mark Pfeifer.
