Electron Microscopy

Electron microscopy enables to understand the behavior of materials and devices at the atomic scale and to control nanostructured materials, from complex oxide heterostructures to materials for battery and photovoltaic applications to biological systems. The advancement of existing or the development of new electron microscopy techniques is therefore integral part of the research conducted at Cornell.
