Study of the Electrical and Optical Properties of 2D Materials

Project Description:Growth of the transition metal dicalcogenide materials on various substrate, and study of the electrical and optical properties of these material when interacting with other materials such as graphene, dye and so on. This project will involve research tools such as Raman spectroscopy, electon microscopy and electrical probe station.
